Prosthetic adjustment

... as part of orthopedic care

Your prosthesis will always accompany you from now on!

Therefore, they must sit perfectly and will be fitted as soon as possible following anatomical and biomechanical considerations. First, a transitional prosthesis (interim prosthesis) is made. With this you can then immediately begin gait training and become accustomed to the new circumstances. If the stump is stable in its shape and strength, you will receive your final prosthesis.

On the clinic grounds there is an experienced and professional orthopedic workshop. It ensures the proper provision of prostheses, orthopedic shoe technology, and mediacal aids, and supports the clinic patients during and after their stay with us. The specialized work carried out here focuses on the adaptation of tools of the highest quality, in particular by computer-controlled knee joints within the lower extremity prosthetics and myoelectric arm prostheses.
